ACS_CTL_removeButton=Remove platform
ACS_CTL_removeButton=Remove button

is in a same bundle file - but only one should be localized so the correct
one will be used; so can the incorrect one be removed ?

"ACS_CTL_removeButton=Remove button" is removed from 1.14, verified in trunk.
