I was using 5.0 Beta 2 for editing and got this deadlock, sort of at random.  I
can't really tell which component is at fault, though it might be java/project.

Just before this happened, I had switched to a command shell and copied a new
revision onto a file that was open in the editor.  The deadlock happened when I
switched back to NetBeans, it popped up a blank dialog with the title of
"Question" and went unresponsive, except that I could move the dialog around
(but not close it).
