When disabling some modules using Module Manager, after checking or unchecking
each module, the cache of installed modules is being recreated which takes quite a long time.
It would be better to disable all the unselected modules at one, after pressing for example "Apply" button.

Old Module Manager (part of Autoupdate) was moved into contrib/modulemanager.
