Some custom editor labels are not from bundle - MnemonicEditor, StringEditor,
IconEditor, IntEditor, InternationalizedMnemonics, ComponentChoserEditor,
FontEditor, ColorEditor, BoolEditor, ...

The issue 65475 explains why this cannot be implemented. Few editors have
localizable names because they are provided by form module and we can
work around this insufficiency of JavaBeans specification. Unfortunately
this cannot be done for the rest of property editors.
