A question dialog with message "There are some changes. Do you want to apply
them?" is opened without a reason when you want to switch to Advanced options:

- start IDE
- open Tools|Options
- click OK
- open Tools|Options again
- click Advanced Options button and the question dialog is opened again

Build 20051121-0719, JDK1.5.0_05, WindowsXP.

100% reproducible in NB5.0(200511201900) / JDK 1.5.0_06.

Do I understand it correctly, that this problem has been fixed 2-times (so far)
and still with regression? (issue 67713, issue 66725)
