If server element is missing some attributes, like port and shutdown,
server manager gives not very informational message:
"Server.xml configuration file seems to be corrupted"
My suggestion is to tell the user, that either port or shutdown attribute is missing.
It's worth noting, that Tomcat works perfectly without those attributes.
