IMHO these actions are too close. 'Delete' action permanently deletes
breakpoint, usually it is invoked if user does not need the breakpoint any more.
'Set Group Name' groups breakpoints, usually when user finds the breakpoints
somehow correlated to each other. I do not thing user groups the breakpoints for
the more convenient way of deleting them, so he finds them usefull. Thus
accidental deletion of these breakpoints can be a loss. This should be
reconsidered and menu rearranged for future release.

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
