In case of using not built-in CVS support (for example Teamware module) the
current behavior is:
 - Configure Versiong Manager to point on correct folder A
 - open project using File->Open Project from the same place A of from one of
subfolders of A

Usecase:
In fact, it's not comfortable to use File->Open Project. 
In our case we have main folder A which is under source control.
We have some modules in folder A:

A
  module1
    nbproject
  module2
    nbproject
  module3
    nbproject
  module4
    nbproject

It's easier to just have correspond action in context menu of Versioned folder
and choose "Open Project". It's also prefered to see the same icon on folders
which are potentially are NB project's folders in Versioning.
