The tree in Keymap pane in new Options dialog with all actions in IDE doesn't
support "search by typing" feature that is available in other trees in IDE, e.g.
in Explorer. IMO once we teach user some GUI gesture we should use it
consistently. BTW it would really speed up searching items in the tree if user
knows name of the action.

A redesign of the keymap panel is planned (see issue 123467). There should not be any tree according to current proposal.
