Open Change Order dialog with many items inside it.
(For example put 20 Buttons into FlowLayout).
Select first item and move it downward.
You can move it "below" the JList view.
I thing it would be nice to scroll the list to view the moving item.

Fixed in the open source trunk.

Verified in Build 2012.
