[ JDK VERSION : 1.5.0_05 ]

1/ New Project->NetBeans Plug-in Modules->Module Project 

-> When Project Name is empty: Name cannot be an empty String
-> When Project Location points to non-existed directory: Location must be an existing folder

Once the error message is with 'cannot' and the another 'must'
