[5.0 beta build, Windows with JDK < 1.6]
I am installing modules that don't need restart. When Finish button is pressed
in the Update Center wizard the updater screen should appear. But it does not
appear when running NetBeans on Windows with JDK1.4 or 1.5 (with JDK1.6 updater
appears correctly). The only thing that appears is update messages in status line. 
Other platforms work fine - Mac OS X (JDK1.4.2 and 1.5) and Linux.

I haven't found what is wrong yet. The resource for an icon is loaded correctly,
a splash window is created and make visible but on window is shown, with regard
to problem relevance and this problem has disappeared in jdk1.6 then I'm not
going to fix it in NB5.0.

I don't fix it. It's specific on JDK1.5 in Windows platform, other jdk's and
other platforms work for me.
