Description pzgyuanf 2005-10-03 04:53:40 UTC
after 5 time try, the same module - collabnet in netbeans repository- could not
be checked out, the same error took place, I was infored: the file already exists!

I'm not sure this is the defect of the new CVS module or some other problem of
you source repository now.

the same problem with the debugger module in netbeans repository.

And I forgot to emphasize that fiiles or directories doesn't exist in the
place(say, the directory) the module will be checked out. Because I really have
deleted it before retry (try to checkout again).

The dialog is now gone and update proceeds normally, see Issue #65517, it was
fixed recently. As for your "FOO, foo" example, this repository cannot be
checked out on Windows because its filesystem is not case-sensitive. We can do
nothing about this.. However, due to fixing Issue #65517 update should now
finish normally and only report those files that are in conflict.
Comment 5 pzgyuanf 2005-10-03 14:20:51 UTC
Currently, I could not do a massive checkout, say, try to checkout all modules
of Netbeans repository(maybe 10+ module, encounter it last night)

I currently could not remember clearly what is the error info, just as one
dialog appeared "pipe..." then I must to delete the broken module directory and
figure out which one got checkout which one is not, finally, continue. It's
really annoying.
