The delete, move, copy and rename actions are missing in the context menu for
stand-alone module project.

Stand-alone project you mean probably freeform project. I think that it's not
supported for this type of project, reassigning to verify.

Works for j2seproject where reported. Don't know what do you mean by
"stand-alone module".

Should work for freeform projects. By "stand-alone module project" probably
means NetBeans module project (apisupport/project). Covered by issue #63149,
issue #63150, issue #63151.
