[NetBeans 5.0 Beta; FC4; JDK 1.5.0_04]

Issue Summary:

Code templates section cannot be reached by shortcut Alt-O.

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1. Open new Options dialog.
2. Go to Editor section.
3. Pres Alt-O.
-> Nothing happens.

looks like some problem with tabbed pane. no shortcut conflict..

Too late to fix in nb5.0.

Shortcut has been changed to Alt-T and it works now, Alt-R does not work for
General tab. We will track this problem in issue 65496.
