NB 5.0 (200509131800), JDK 6.0 (b51)

The options are broken. Modern view contains just Ant settings and nothing else
;( On the startup is logged next warning:

Warning - could not install some modules:
        Options Module - Editor - The module named
org.netbeans.modules.options.api/1 was needed and not found.

So, today is a Q-build and this is Q-build stopper, please merge fix also to the
"QBE200509131800" branch.
