Issue Summary:
--------------
Changes in font size have effect on the Macro and Code Templates sections of new
Options dialog. They can make them unusable. See attached screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1. Open new Options dialog.
2. Go to Fonts & Colors | Syntax, choose All Languages, Default category and set
font to Monospaced 48.
3. Close Options dialog.
4. Restart IDE.
5. Open Options | Editor | Macros.
-> The UI is broken - see attached screenshot.

Too late to fix in nb5.0.

changing to p2 since for some users in certain locales,
the fonts at certain sizes are not readable due to OS 
limitations so that setting of size is important in that
context.
