When Print something from Editor, the popup message says, `Page Number 0 was printed.` at
its beginning. I do not think Page number 0 exist for regular printed materials. It should be start after
`Page 1was printed`

Priority is changed to P4 (normal).

Fixed in main trunk and Boston.
