1) Run e.g. "New File Type" wizard on apisupport/project
2) Proceed to "Name, Icon and Location" panel. Package combobox contains
"META-INF.services"

Very likely an error in ant/project(SourcesHelper.SourcesImpl.getSourceGroups)
or java/project(PackageView.findNonExcludedPackages). Not sure. May be even
intentional.

Same is true for any Java class, so I wouldn't worry about it for now. Yes,
ideally "packages" which were not valid package names would be excluded, but I
don't know where that should be implemented. Probably would be an API change in
java/project/
