[build 200508101800]

(assume you have done cvs co stable_nowww)
- start with new userdir
- open nbbuild project with all its dependencies

=> NPE when classpath scanning progress shows 100%, then this exception is
thrown again and again and the only way how to shutdown IDE is via Control+Break
or kill command from other console|term/workspace then the IDE is running in
(because Exception dialog is taking focus and it's hard to catch a while when
the focus is in console/term to press Control+Break there).

from what I see it's hardly a progress component issue, reassigning to java for
evaluation.
