NB.dev(build from sources 01.08.2005-10.30)

Steps to reproduce:
- run IDE
- create JSE project
- create JFrame
- click to the form deigner
-> NPE rises (see attachment)

I got it from NB.dev(200508011800), JDK 6.0(b43) as well...

Ups, I should sometimes test without the "magic" Matisse switch :-/.
