Description botbot 2005-07-26 15:48:35 UTC
When I tried installing a copy of Netbeans Bundled with JDK an error message
that says:

"Error in instruction. Invalid jvm file name specified in LAUNCH. Invalid
variable specification. Line number (4)"

My Os is Windows XP SP2. I have no JDK installed.

Please could you first check md5sum and compare it with value given at site to
make sure your download is not corrupted? (Bundle installer has its own bundled
JRE to run on. There is native code launcher to uncompress bundled JRE to
temporary dir. Then this JRE is used to run installer.) From your description it
looks like something is corrupted.

No response. Looks like corrupted installer.
