Product Version       = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200506301800)
Operating System      = Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
Java; VM; Vendor      = 1.5.0_04; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_04-b05; Sun
Microsystems Inc.
Java Home             = d:\Java\jdk1.5.0_04\jre

If error occurs e.g. in check out process, dialog for password shows up. But the
proxy settings are not the same as it was set up in check out dialog.

Steps:
1. Invoke "CVS | Check out" action from main menu.
2. Setup necessarry values for successfuls check out. 

Sometimes happens that connection was interrupted, and then dialog shows up for
correction of value. Proxy can be changed with the use of button. Moreover the
Proxy settings are changed, not the same as in check out dialog.

Should be fixed for beta.

I guess it's FIXED by issue #62866 fix.
