Steps to reproduce:
- Add WebSphere Server
- Try to Start/Stop it
- RESULT: Progress Monitor window is shown. It has label above the progress bar which indicates currently performed task. This label vanishes several times during such actions as Start/Stop. Compare with App Server or Web Server where it doesn't vanish.
