Launch IDE.
Open Options Window.
Select Editing->Form Editor Settings node
Open Variables Modifier property dialog.
Do some changes in opened dialog then press Escape button. All changes should be
dropped but this does not happen.

Cancel button in this dialog also does not work properly

This is no longer a problem with the new Options dialog.
