Build a menuitem that saves current windowpositions as preferred default
locations, and a second menuitem that restores these positions (I think it
would be good to have these positions stored in an editable textfile - I
wish all options would be stored that way, so we could easily copy and paste
options from one version to another or from one workstation to another).

I'm in doubt with this enhancement - I think it will break the structure where
window positions are a part of project and are saved with the project. I see
no reason why window positions should be saved exceptionally. As for text file,
it is good suggestion, in future, whole serialization process should result in
xml file, but we have a lot of work to do to make it real. Currently it's
impossible.
