1, Select ant script in Files or Favorites
2, Invoke contex menu, submenu Debug Target => the menu item Advanced... does
nothing

I tried it on 4.1fcs and got following exception:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/tools/ant/module/AntSettings
	at
org.netbeans.modules.ant.debugger.AdvancedActionPanel.initializeFields(AdvancedActionPanel.java:112)
	at
org.netbeans.modules.ant.debugger.AdvancedActionPanel.<init>(AdvancedActionPanel.java:84)

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
