It is not possible to create breakpoint in ant scripts. Breakpoint can be
created only if ant bedugger is running.

Breakpoints work the described until first restart of IDE. After restart,
breakpoints work fine.

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
