When in compact window mode, minimizable windows lose their orange 'selected'
bar at the top of their tab when hovering over the minimize button if the window
is the only one in it's tab pane.

Forgot to mention that the same issue applies to already minimized windows that
have been temporarily restored if you hover over their maximize button.

Yes, I just fixed this issue and forgot the number of original report. Anyway,
it's fixed now in main trunk.
