Build 200504281405 (pre RC2)

1) Run IDE with fresh userdir
2) Open 4.0 web project
3) UI freeze - see attached thread dump

Caused by fix of issue 58047.

Marking as invalid - issue was caused by commit to a wrong place in issue 58047
commit into release41 branch. Will be fixed as part of that issue.
