Running on a dual-monitor setup, with the IDE running on the secondary monitor,
all submenus off the main menu, and some context sub-menus (e.g. right-click ...
Refactor ->, within the text editor) get displayed on the primary montitor. This
makes the IDE unusable.

I'm running Netbeans 4.1 RC1 on Win XP SP2.
