For any project, right click to access PROJECT PROPERTIES.
Right click on WEB SERVICES -> WEB SERVICES.
Click on HELP button.
ABOUT WEB SERVICES page appear.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to reach section titled:

Web Services in the IDE
