Same as with issue #58077. Please try to run with
-J-Dnetbeans.popup.no_hack=true and report the result. Thanks.
Comment 2 Peter Zavadsky 2005-04-21 01:55:47 UTC
Eric, please could you try it out?
Comment 3 ericarseneau 2005-04-21 17:30:56 UTC
- the -J-Dnetbeans.popup.no_hack=true makes no difference on this one
- FYI, if the main window starts off on launch to be on monitor 2, then tooltip
shows up on wrong monitor
  - if the window is moved entirely to monitor 1, tooltip shows up correct place
  - if the window is moved entirely back to monitor 2, tooltip shows up in
correct place now
Comment 4 Marian Mirilovic 2006-01-03 10:50:55 UTC
Too late for NB5.0, please reevaluate.
Comment 5 David Simonek 2006-01-09 17:20:13 UTC
Still valid in some cases, especially when nb window is partly on both monitors.
However I think this is JDK issue, not netbeans specific. Will investigate deeper.
Comment 6 David Simonek 2006-10-25 18:00:44 UTC
Caused by jdk bug 6486066.
