Assembly of J2EE Applications is hindered due to the lack of support for alt-dds.

NB 4.1 cannot easily assemble enterprise applications that contain J2EE modules
that are developed "outside" the IDE.

It is still part of the spec... but no user has ever requested this feature. or really asked about it since nb 4.1...

It is still a feature that we could implement... but I doubt that we ever will
