Description Roman Strobl 2005-04-12 09:26:12 UTC
Currently there are two shortcuts to comment and uncomment code. Similarly there
are two shortcuts for start/stop macro recording. As pointed out by several
users, we could have only one "toggle" shortcut for each. That would also mean
only 1 icon in toolbar per action. That will make it easier for people because
instead of 2 keybindings they will have remember just 1.

Currently if you click on comment code several times it keeps adding // which
looks quite strange. If we would change it to "toggle" we would get rid of this
side effect as well. And we will get 2 free shortcuts!

Yes it would be useful IMHO, let's use the Ctrl+Shift+T (shortcut for
comment-out action).
Comment 2 Vitezslav Stejskal 2006-12-13 21:17:17 UTC
This is not a defect.
