Currently there are two shortcuts to comment and uncomment code. Similarly there are two shortcuts for start/stop macro recording. As pointed out by several users, we could have only one "toggle" shortcut for each. That would also mean only 1 icon in toolbar per action. That will make it easier for people because instead of 2 keybindings they will have remember just 1. Currently if you click on comment code several times it keeps adding // which looks quite strange. If we would change it to "toggle" we would get rid of this side effect as well. And we will get 2 free shortcuts!
Yes it would be useful IMHO, let's use the Ctrl+Shift+T (shortcut for comment-out action).
