Steps to reproduce
- Press New Project
- Select Web, Web Application With Existing Ant Script. Click Next
- Select appropriate Location to fill all the fields. Click Next
- Click Next twice to come to step 5.
- Click Add Folder button for Test Package Folders. Select appropriate folder. Click Open.
- Selected folder is shown under Test Package Folders label.
- Click Back. Click Next.
RESULT: No folders are shown under Test Package Folders label.

I think this is a minor usability issue. No time for this in 4.1.

It is P3 specific to Web Freeform project. Java freeform works fine - see
original issue 54255.
