If user put some library under project folder and creates IDE library (using
Library Manager) from those binaries, *including javadoc and sources* then only
classpath property is written to project.properties file. build.properties file
contains also source path and javadoc path and those should be written to
project.properties as well (relatively, of course). It allows better
shareability of the project.
