When IDE is closed with breakpoints set and then restarted again, the breakpoints cannot be seen in the Editor. They can be found in the Debugger Window (Breakpoints), but the links between the Debu
gger Window and the Editor seem to be broken anyway as described in CR #5640.

This CR and #5640 may be related.
