Low hanging fruit!!

NetBeans already has the "Highlight Caret Line" option in its settings for
variouos editors.

But the default is off.

It should be on. This makes for a better/more readable UI (sort of like your
recent font size change).

Also, note that *clipse has this feature on by default. Might help the "switch"
campaign!

This should be a oneline fix. Please consider it for 4.1. Many many users will
think of it as a new feature! Yet the risk is low since you've had this option
there for years and people (like me) have been using it.

I agree. The guys are now choosing the right color before it gets default on for
everyone. Let's fix this in 4.1.
