Will be better if NetBeans will support code
completion in xml based on XML schema. For
example, creating WSDL files, that are xml files,
we can't make use of code completion.

XML code completion based on a schema has been implemented some time ago.  Verified with NetBeans IDE Dev (Build
200710040000)
