   If user has in build.xml for web-freeform
project target deploy, it automatically recieves
label "Redeploy" for project's context menu (and
maybe for some other places), but if user has the
same target for ejb-freeform project it seems to
have label "deploy". It would be better, if this
will be consistent with web-freeform project.

There were some changes lately in this area. Isn't it now always "Deploy"?

It is now "Deploy" in both web and EJB freeform, which is correct according to
the fix of issue #55312.
