When I opens first time CPTest.jar/CPTest.testapplets.AwtApplet, it ask me from converting .form to new version. Answer Yes and save it. Now when I want to open it, it show error: The form file format
 is not recognized.

AwtApplet.form and AwtApplet.java in attachment are originals (old version) sources

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
