The "Ant Script for Module" template should have a
templateCategory attribute. Otherwise it is
included in the template list for all project
types. We probably don't want to do that.

The same seems to be valid for the templates in
the "Open APIs Support" module.

I'm assigning a P2 priority because I'm waiting
just for for this fix in order to close another issue.

Will probably need to wait for real work to begin on 4.x-oriented
module development support. Note that the apisupport/ant module, like
the apisupport/project module, is *not* included in the module
configuration for beta and release builds - only trunk devel builds.

Just removing the template, it is useless now.
