Users of J2EE support from Websphere or Java
Studio Enterprise do not have to start the default
database manually.  It would be nice NB IDE could
do the same thing.  Specifically, CMP EJB wizard
and 'Use Database' wizard should not require users
to start pointbase manually.  Similarly for
execution of an app containing references to
PointBase database resources.

Ludo, where is this code? Is it possible to add this also for run app? Ins't
this too specific to Pointbase? Can we do this from other plugins?
