Steps to reproduce:
1) Open System options dialog.
2) Select Ide configuration|WebBrowsers|Mozilla node
3) Open property editor for Browse executable
property.

There is a help button which has not assigned the
help id.

This is now fixed, topic "Options Window: Web Browser" will appear.
