According to the Java Servlet 2.4 Specification
Section 13.4, J2EE 1.4 Platform Specification
Section #5.3.1.2, J2EE 1.4 Platform Specification
Section #5.3.2 user should be able to add bean's
home interfaces to web archive.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
