nbdeploy task should work in web freeform project.

It would be nice to be able to use nbdeploy from any project not just
web.  The reason I say that is for example: if I have a class package
I'm adding to someone elses web application, and I want to debug this,
I have to have two projects when I really only have one.  If the other
person doesn't give me the source, and I'm just extending their pre
built web application by adding to their war file (which I've done
before) this is even more of an issue.

There is of course the standard ant deploy task, but the issue with
that is the user has to configure tomcat and everything when if
nbdeploy would simply allow some other attributes and work from any
project the web server and debug capabilities of netbeans could best
be taken advantage of.
