Steps to reproduce:
- run IDE
- open Tools | Options
- try expand Editing | Annotation Types
-> Missing resource exception rises and no type is
shonw, it means user can't change settings of any
annotion !

I think, that this is issue for Milan Kuchtiak. He created this package.

Fixed.
Removed obsolete J2EE Annotation Type.
