Library node under Libraries node should have
'Properties' and 'Edit' menu items. 'Properties'
would open Project Properties with selected item
that was clicked and 'Edit' would open Library
manager with selected clicked item as well.

Please HIE, would you express opinion about this RFE. I find it very
natural to open node properties by clicking on that node. 
If the library node is already exposed under project tree in Projects
view why we force user to look for the same object somewhere in
Project Properties to change it props.
