[build: 20041220-0843, OS: Fedora2 with Gnome, JDK
1.5.0_01 b08]

1. start debugging of some app
2. go to watches tab
3. right-click -> New watch...
4. type something, eg. hello

=> textfield in dialog is empty

switch gnome desktop and go back => you see
"hello" in mentioned textfield and you can write
there whatever you want

we don't own the new watch dialog

Can not reproduce on win platform. Can you look at it Lobu, please?

The bug is JDK bug (#6183877). We trace bug with the symptoms in issue
50423. If you have any comments, reopen it add it there.
